OUR RETURNS POLICY

At The Chidlrens Emporium  we are proud of our clothes  and will do our best at all times to make sure your orders are perfect. We check our clothes before they are sent to you to make sure that they are in perfect condition.  

Returns; Please telephone for a reference number. This is very important as without it we cannot guarantee that the item is yours when it is returned.

REFUNDS POLICY.

NON SALE ITEMS BOUGHT ON THE WEBSITE CAN BE RETURNED FOR A REFUND WITHIN 14 DAYS OF THE PURCHASE NOT BE WORN AND STILL BE IN ORIGINAL CONDITION WITH ALL LABELS ATTACHED AND UNWORN using the form provided and the RETURNS NUMBER provided by us which we will give you when you inform us that is your reference number. Provided the items are odour free and are in a re-sellable condition, which is our discretion and inspection. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. If you return a product that was part of a free or discounted delivery offer, but keep other products which ordered on their own would have attracted a full delivery charge, we will deduct the expected refund from the shipping. Refunds can take upto 7 working days according to the payment method and are refunded back to the original method.

Sale Items can be returned for a refund within 14 days provided all swing tickets etc are attached and the items are odour and damage free and are in a re-sellable condition.

In addition to this refund policy, under the UK’s distance selling regulations, you have the right to cancel the purchase contract within 7 days.

Items must be returned by a trackable or signed for service . Please keep proof of posting.

If the returned items are part of an order of £150 or over and you are returning part of the order , shipping costs will be deducted from the refund. 

Faulty items. You must proved photographic images  Please telephone 01823 617654 for a returns faulty reference. This must be used when returning the item as it will identify the item. We will have our professional technician  inspect the item to verify the fault. If the item is found not to be faulty we will return the item at your expense.  If the item has been washed and worn we will repair the item wherever possible, if a repair is not possible we will replace the item . This does not affect your statutory rights.

Any exchange can take up to 14 days to process. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES CAN ITEMS BE RETURNED AFTER 14 days in the UK and 28 days rest of the world. Postage will not be refunded.

Returns will not be accepted if the goods are found to be damagcooking/cigarette/animals smells, show signs of wearing/washing or are generally not in the saleable condition as sent. In any of these cases the goods will be returned to the buyer along with an explanation as why the return was refused.

You are accepting these conditions upon purchasing from The Childrens Emporium. You have  14 days to return items, this includes 7 days notification and up to 7 days to return (UK) or 21 days this include 14 days to return (outside UK).

ITEMS received as a return after the 14 days period (UK) or 28 days (outside the UK) will NOT BE ACCEPTED.
